This Privacy Policy explains how Fudo Hub LLC ("Fudo Hub," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the website at www.fudohub.com and the services we provide. Our brands include Photographize, Forks N' Roses, and Froth. Each platform website may publish this policy or its own version; the responsible company is Fudo Hub LLC in every case.
We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
1. Information we collect
Submissions. When you submit your work for editorial consideration, our submission form collects your name, email address, and social media handle or portfolio link, together with anything else you choose to include in your message or attachments.
Correspondence. If you contact us by email, social media message, or in reply to an offer, we receive the message and the contact details you use, including any information you include about your work, your business, or your billing arrangements.
Customers. If you purchase a promotional package, portfolio subscription, or other service, we hold the details needed to provide and account for it, such as your name, business name, contact details, the agreed order, invoice records, and a record of payment. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are described below.
Published material. When we publish or promote your work by agreement, the material you supply for that purpose, such as images, a biography, credits, and links, is published as described in our Terms and Conditions.
Newsletter. We do not currently operate a newsletter. If we introduce one, we will collect your email address only where you sign up, and every message will include an unsubscribe link.
Server records. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and technical purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
2. Why we use it
- To review submissions and decide what to feature.
- To send offers, agree orders, and answer questions.
- To provide the services purchased, including publication and promotion.
- To issue invoices, take payment, and keep accounting and tax records.
- To manage subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
- To keep our website and systems secure and working correctly.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract for our services, your consent for optional communications such as a future newsletter, our legitimate interests in running and securing an editorial business, and compliance with legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, analytics software, or social media pixels. Any cookie set is strictly necessary for the website to function or for security.
Some pages may load fonts or embedded content, such as a social media post or a video, from another company. When that happens, your browser contacts that company directly and it may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not receive tracking information from these providers.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of established providers to run the business. They process personal information on our behalf, or as independent controllers where noted, under their own privacy policies.
- A form provider hosts our submission form and stores submissions in our account.
- Stripe and PayPal process payments. You enter your card or account details directly with them; we never see or store full card numbers. For a subscription, the payment provider stores the payment method in order to take the agreed recurring payment, and shows us only limited details such as the last four digits and expiry date.
- An email and web hosting provider supplies our business email, website hosting, and domains.
- Peecho produces and sells printed copies of our books and magazines. If you order a printed copy, Peecho is the seller and handles your order, delivery address, and payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
- Social media platforms host our channels and any promotion published there. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own policies.
- If we introduce a newsletter, an email marketing provider will handle sign-ups and sending.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the providers described above, with printers or other contractors where needed to produce something you have ordered, with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, and where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Material you authorize us to publish, such as images, your name, credits, and links, is published and promoted as agreed and can be seen by the public.
6. How long we keep it
Submissions held in our form account are deleted approximately every six months. Correspondence is kept while it is relevant to our relationship with you. Records of orders, invoices, and payments are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, which is generally at least several years. Published editions, features, and the records relating to them are retained as described in our Terms and Conditions.
You may ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required or permitted to keep it, for example for accounting records or an ongoing dispute.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your information may be transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.

9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including limited access, reputable providers, and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take any suspected incident seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
