Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fudo Hub LLC ("Fudo Hub," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the website at www.fudohub.com, our brand websites, and the services we provide. Our brands include Photographize (photographize.art), Forks N' Roses, and Froth. Each brand website may publish this policy or its own version; the responsible company (data controller) is Fudo Hub LLC in every case.
We keep data collection to a minimum, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
1. Information we collect
Submissions. When you submit your work for editorial consideration, our submission form collects your name, email address, and social media handle or portfolio link, together with anything else you choose to include in your message or attachments.
Correspondence. If you contact us by email, social media message, or in reply to an offer, we receive the message and the contact details you use, including any information you include about your work, your business, or your billing arrangements.
Customers. If you purchase a membership, promotional package, portfolio subscription, or other service, we hold the details needed to provide and account for it, such as your name, business name, contact details, billing address, the agreed order, invoice records, and a record of payment. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are described below.
Online store. If you buy through a brand website's online store, such as the store on photographize.art, the checkout collects your name, email address, billing details, and order information, and payment is processed by the payment providers described below.
Published material. When we publish or promote your work by agreement, including on an artist portfolio page, the material you supply for that purpose, such as images, a biography, credits, and links, is published as described in our Terms and Conditions.
Newsletter. If you sign up for a brand newsletter, such as the Photographize newsletter, we collect your email address to send it to you. We send it only to people who sign up, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Website and server records. Our website hosts keep standard technical records, which may include IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the websites working. We do not use these records to identify or profile individual visitors.
2. Why we use it
- To review submissions and decide what to feature.
- To send offers, agree orders, and answer questions.
- To send our newsletter to people who sign up for it.
- To provide the services purchased, including publication, portfolio hosting, and promotion.
- To issue invoices, take payment, and keep accounting and tax records.
- To manage subscriptions, renewals, failed payments, cancellations, and refunds.
- To keep our websites and systems secure and working correctly.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, or steps you ask us to take before entering one, for our services; our legitimate interests in reviewing submissions and in running and securing an editorial business; your consent for optional cookies and optional communications such as our newsletter; and compliance with legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Submissions are reviewed by our editors.
3. Cookies and tracking
fudohub.com. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, analytics software, or social media pixels. Any cookie set is strictly necessary for the website to function or for security.
Brand websites. Our brand websites, including photographize.art, are hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace sets cookies that are necessary for the site, security, and checkout to work and, where enabled, cookies that give us aggregated visitor statistics. Where the law requires it, non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie banner. We do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies on our brand websites.
Embedded content. Some pages load fonts or embedded content from another company, such as a digital magazine reader, a social media post, or a video. When that happens, your browser contacts that company directly, and it may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not receive tracking information from these providers.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of established providers to run the business. They process personal information on our behalf, or as independent controllers where noted, under their own privacy policies.
- Squarespace hosts our brand websites, their forms, and their online store, and stores the information submitted through them in our account.
- Stripe and PayPal process payments. You enter your card or account details directly with them; we never see or store full card numbers. For a subscription, the payment provider stores the payment method in order to take the agreed recurring payment, and shows us only limited details such as the last four digits and expiry date.
- Other providers supply our business email, website hosting and forms, digital editions of our publications, and printing. Where you order a printed copy from a print partner, that partner is the seller and handles your order, delivery address, and payment as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
- Social media platforms host our channels and any promotion published there, including collaborative posts. They act as independent controllers, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own policies.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the providers described above, with printers or other contractors where needed to produce something you have ordered, with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, and where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Material you authorize us to publish, such as images, your name, credits, and links, is published and promoted as agreed and can be seen by the public.
6. How long we keep it
Submissions are deleted within six months of being received. Correspondence is kept while it is relevant to our relationship with you. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Records of orders, invoices, and payments are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, which is generally at least several years. When a membership ends, content hosted under it, such as a portfolio page, is removed from the website within a reasonable time. Published editions, features, and the records relating to them are retained as described in our Terms and Conditions.
You may ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required or permitted to keep it, for example for accounting records or an ongoing dispute.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this means your information may be transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or a provider's certification under the applicable data privacy framework.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, including uses based on our legitimate interests, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.

9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including limited access, reputable providers, and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take any suspected incident seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. Submissions, purchases, and publication agreements require you to be at least 18, or to act through a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without that consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
